Rose Writers for Kids Payment Policies
RW is an approved vendor for:

All other payments:
Prompt payment of tuition and fess is required for all students.
After registration is received and confirmed, Rose Writers (RW) will send out electronic invoices via PayPal or Square Space invoicing services. Payment through the invoice is encourage; however, payment can also be made via personal check mailed to, payable to Rose Writers Workshops

Cancelations & Refunds
If you need to cancel, please notify RW at least 14 days in advance.
Up to 50% of fees paid will be refunded if cancellation notice is received 14 days before session start date. (Ex: a fee paid of $100 will receive a $50 refund)
In all other cases, all payments received are non-refundable for any reason.
Please note: Payment is for the entire class. No refunds or discounts for missed sessions. Make-up sessions MAY be allowed in future classes; however, this will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
Rose Writers has up to 30 days to process refunds.
